Sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric work and sleep are logged as sessions next to the lifting, on one scale, so you can see whether a client's load and recovery are in balance.
3 clients free, no time limit, no card. $39 per month up to 50 clients.

The difference
Sauna, cold exposure, hyperbaric sessions, sleep and readiness are recorded as sessions in their own right, with duration and temperature, not as notes on a workout. That puts them on the same seven-day strip as the training.
Above the line — training
Every training session that day, by duration. Four sessions in this week, the heaviest on Saturday.
Below the line — recovery
Sauna, plunge, hyperbaric and mobility work, on the same scale, so an hour of one draws the same length as an hour of the other.
A week that is all ember and no ice reads at a glance, and so does the reverse. You see the shape of the week before you open anything. The software does not tell you what to do about it — that is your call.

Included
You give a client your own web address. They open it and add it to their home screen: it takes your logo, your name and your colour, opens without a browser bar, and works offline for what does not need the network. No app store, no developer account, no review queue, no fee — and it is live the moment they save it.

A home screen after a client saves the app. Sample brand.
ABC Trainerize charges for this. Their published rates on 27 August 2026 put a logo-and-colour version of their own app at a one-time $169 setup fee on Pro plans, and a fully white-labelled listing under your own brand on their Studio plan at $248 per month. Here it is on the free tier.
If you do want a real App Store listing as well, that is a paid add-on and priced openly on the pricing page. Most coaches never need it, because the installed web app already carries their name.
Distribution
Three ways in, and the first one is free on every tier. Whichever they use, a client can only get in with an account you created — there is no sign-up anywhere in the app.
01
Your icon, your name, no store.
Your client opens your address, adds it to their home screen, and gets your icon and your name. There is no store, no download and no review queue — it is live the moment they save it.
02
Our icon, your brand once they sign in.
For clients who look in the App Store first. The app is free and takes on your logo, name and colour the moment they sign in. Be clear on what this is: a convenience, not white-labelling. Our name is on that icon until they open it.
03
Your icon and name in the store itself.
A separate listing under your own developer account, with your name and icon in the App Store and Google Play. This is the paid add-on, and it buys presence in the store — not branding, which you already have.
The app is free and has no sign-up. A client needs an invitation from their coach to get in.
The console
The console opens on four segments, computed from what your clients did and did not do. You do not build a filter or run a report; the list is already there when you sit down.

Nutrition
You set calories and macros with locking sliders — lock protein, move calories, and the rest re-proportion around it. Protein can be set in grams per pound of bodyweight. Every target change is dated, so you can see what the client was on last month.
Weight-based logging
Food is logged by weight, in ounces and pounds or grams, following the client's unit setting. Stored in SI either way.
USDA-backed data
Search runs against USDA FoodData Central, so the numbers have a source you can check.
Clients build their own
A client saves the foods and the meals they eat repeatedly, once, and logs them in two taps after that.
Being straight about a gap: we do not license a chain-restaurant database, so there is no entry waiting for a specific coffee shop's medium latte. A client saves their regular order once, as their own food, and it is two taps from then on.
Also included
Programs
Weekly grid, stacked sessions per day, assigned to one client or a group.
Progress photos
Private by default. The client chooses, week by week, which sets you can see.
Messaging
One thread per client, in the app and in the console. No feeds.
Check-ins
Weight, sleep, soreness and notes, on the schedule you set.
Habits
You assign them, the client ticks them. A missed day is not scolded.
Achievements
Personal bests, streaks and milestones, computed from what was logged.
Pricing
Two prices based on roster size, not a sliding scale. Nutrition, food logging, recovery, programs, photos, messaging, check-ins, habits and the branded app are in every tier — no feature add-ons, no charge for payments, no charge for branding.
